Mark is the co-author of Out in the World: An LGBTQIA+ (and Friends!)Travel Guide to More Than 100 Destinations Around the World, published by National Geographic. He has also written for The New York Times, The Washington Post, HuffPost, Business Insider, U.S. News & World Report, The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Good Housekeeping, Wired, Out Magazine, Salon, Thrillist, Time Out, Far&Wide, and more.
Mark's plays have been produced across the U.S., including New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, Washington D.C., and he has a B.F.A. in Dramatic Writing from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. He is a three-time recipient of the Planet Connections Award for Outstanding Playwriting and lives in New York with his husband and two senior rescue dogs.
